-Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving item for full refund to apply (some exceptions apply).
-All returns received after 14 days from the arrival date will be issued store credit.
-All merchandise must be in new, unwashed and unused condition in original, unopened packaging with all tags, instructional brochures and promotional materials still securely attached for any refund, exchange or credit to be issued. GollyGeez Baby reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise is not in its original condition. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for the return of the item.
-Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item. If an item was paid by cheque or money order a cheque will be mailed to you.
-If the item was a gift we will issue store credit.
-A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, unless products are being returned due to manufacturer defect, damage or shipping error.
-Actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this amount may be more than the shipping cost charged on your order.
-Shipping charges for returns are the customers sole responsibility. We suggest that you use a service that provides tracking/delivery confirmation as GollyGeez Baby cannot be responsible for items not received.
-The following items are considered final sale and we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless due to manufacturer defect: Items purchased on sale, special orders, personal care products, crib bedding sets, and others at the discretion of GollyGeez Baby.
